How to use the warmer

Open the vacuum package of the warm sticker along the incision, peel off the backing paper, stick it on the outside of the underwear, and smooth it out with your hands. 

It can be attached to the shoulders, abdomen, back, waist, stomach and related joints of the human body. Be careful not to stick the warmer on clothes that are easy to tear, such as sweaters.

How to use the warm sticker:

1: Tear off the vacuum package of the warm sticker.

2: After tearing open the vacuum packaging of the warm stickers, take out the inner bag in the package, and directly peel off the backing paper behind the inner bag.

3: After peeling off the backing paper, stick it directly on the outer layer of the underwear and spread it out with your hands. In this step 3, remember not to stick the warm sticker directly on the skin,
